About the Role:

In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of schools while actively seeking out new business to expand market share. You’ll work closely with school administrators and internal teams to deliver innovative uniform solutions, backed by a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and product development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow existing school accounts, ensuring long-term retention and satisfaction
  • Identify and secure new school partnerships through networking, referrals, and outreach
  • Lead client meetings and deliver tailored product solutions and presentations
  • Collaborate with internal departments across product development, logistics, and marketing
  • Prepare and maintain account reports, CRM records, and meeting summaries
  • Stay ahead of market activity, competitor offerings, and schoolwear trends
  • Contribute to brand development through insightful feedback and proactive sales initiatives
About You:
  • Proven background in account management, sales, or customer service, ideally in apparel, uniforms, or B2B services
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, confident presenting to a range of stakeholders
  • Commercially minded with the ability to deliver against sales targets
