Area Manager - Regional Retail Leadership
We’re working with one of Australia’s most recognised retailers to appoint an experienced Area Manager to oversee a group of high-performing stores across Regional Victoria. This is a key operational role with a strong focus on leadership, team development, and commercial delivery.

You’ll be responsible for leading store teams to consistently deliver exceptional in-store experiences, while driving performance across people, process, and profitability. This role suits someone who enjoys balancing big-picture planning with hands-on execution – someone who thrives on autonomy, ownership, and fast-paced environments.

Your Impact

• Lead and support Store Managers to deliver on business priorities and elevate team performance
• Analyse store results and apply practical solutions to drive improvements across your region
• Play an active role in talent development, team culture, and succession planning
• Ensure consistency in operational standards, customer service, and team engagement
• Collaborate across the business to implement new initiatives and lead with purpose

About You

• You bring solid multi-site leadership experience within retail, fashion, FMCG 
• You’re confident managing KPIs, budgets, and performance targets – and know how to coach others to success
• You have a hands-on style, are quick to build trust, and bring clarity to your teams
• You’re proactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable working across a mobile portfolio
• A background in structured or high-volume environments will be an advantage
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree (any discipline) and relevant experience in a similar role
