- Process and manage sales orders from start to delivery
- Liaise with sales, operations, and procurement teams to meet deadlines
- Maintain tracking tools and retailer portals
- Handle EDI orders within our ERP system (Apparel 21 experience essential)
- Provide top-notch customer service and occasional reception relief
- Proven admin/customer service experience in a similar role
- Strong Excel skills & advanced MS Office proficiency
- ERP experience (Apparel 21 or similar)
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities with attention to detail
- Positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
