The Opportunity

As Area Manager, you’ll oversee a portfolio of retail stores, ensuring operational excellence while delivering on the brand’s vision. You will:

• Lead, coach and mentor Store Managers to achieve sales and KPI targets.
• Drive customer experience and uphold global brand standards across all locations.
• Partner with senior leaders to execute business strategies and deliver commercial results.
• Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, and succession pipelines.
• Manage performance, compliance, and financial accountability across the area.
• Ensure consistent execution of visual merchandising and brand representation.

• Multi-site retail management experience, ideally within fashion, denim, or lifestyle brands.
• Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of driving results.
• A passion for leading people, building capability, and creating high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• A hands-on, adaptable approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
